In diagnostics room we conduct fitness test of your body, which lays down the foundations for further individual training program elaboration.

To make program effective, we differentiate the level of load depending on the type of injury, pathology and general body condition. 

Fitness test specialists and experienced instructors elaborate individual special purpose training programs for future clients and conduct dynamic control of results. To reach the physical results you require is not an easy task. Thus, initial fitness control with the help of professional equipment is the first step to full-fledged training in our Fitness Center.

Fitness test and medical control room is equipped with Health First Polar system, Futurex body analyzer, cardiograph and swing machine.
